In order to avoid surprises, we encourage you to be thoroughly familiar with the terms of your plan and confirm benefits prior to your appointment. On the day of your appointment, full payment for your portion of the treatment fee is due. Our office then submits the claim to your dental plan on your behalf. If you have not used your allotted annual insurance amount, then you should not be receiving any additional bills. If there is not enough time to obtain pre-approval, you will need to pay for the treatment fee and you will be reimbursed from your insurance company for benefits that you are entitled to.
